Does my phone work with it?
Most modern smartphones support NFC. If tapping is unavailable, simply scan the QR code on the included NFC Tap Card.
Do I need an app?
No. The profile opens directly in your phone's web browser.
What happens if NFC doesn't work?
Use the permanent QR code printed on the NFC Tap Card.
Can I change the information?
Yes. Parent contacts, important details and other information can be updated anytime without replacing the bracelet.
Who can see the information?
Anyone who taps the bracelet, taps the Tap Card or scans the QR code can view the information you choose to share. Only the profile owner can manage or update it.
How do I activate it?
Tap the bracelet or NFC Tap Card, or scan the QR code, then enter the unique activation code included inside your packaging.
What happens if the bracelet is lost?
Your connected profile remains available through the included NFC Tap Card and its QR code.
How long is the profile hosted?
Lifetime Profile Hosting is included for the lifetime of your TapSake-enabled product.
Is there a subscription?
No monthly hosting subscription is required.
Does this track my child?
No. This bracelet does not contain GPS and does not continuously track your child's location.
Can I use the QR instead?
Absolutely. The QR code on the NFC Tap Card opens the same connected profile.
