What we need to quote
To quote accurately, please include:
- Product type (sign / award / gift / display)
- Quantity
- Personalization (names, titles, dates)
- Logo file (or a link)
- Deadline
- Budget range (optional but helpful)
- Shipping or pickup?
Turnaround
Typical turnaround is 5–10 business days after proof approval (when a proof is needed). Rush orders may be available depending on workload (rush fees may apply).

- Shipping time is separate from production time
Artwork & Layout (Custom Setup)
Some custom projects require artwork setup, logo cleanup, or layout time. Any applicable setup fee will be quoted up front — and can be applied toward your order when you move forward.
Simple setup
Basic layout/personalization setup and proofing (minor tweaks).
Custom layout / logo cleanup
Vectorizing, logo cleanup, or a more involved custom layout (1–2 proofs).
Full custom design
From-scratch design, signage concepts, or complex layouts (multiple revisions).
Tip: If you already have print-ready vector art (SVG/AI/EPS/PDF), setup is often minimal. For larger bulk orders, custom setup may be included.
